2-Year Limited Warranty

All Mies watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, hands, and indexes.

It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, battery replacement, scratches, strap wear, or loss.

Making a claim

To request a warranty evaluation, please contact warranty@allmies.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and assist with a repair or replacement if applicable.
